No dry chicken with white sauce here. Below are some sample menus we offer for events that we cater with an onsite staff. “Full service” means we arrive 2 hours before the start time of your event to help with the set up of the food. We stay through the course of the event to handle the maintenance, service, and cleanup of the food. And we stay after as long as needed until your space is back to new again.
Because our trained staff is onsite handling the food, we are able to offer a wider range of food in a full service format.
