We've spent a lot of time working around passionless food. We left everything we knew everything we knew about our fields of study and took a giant "fork in the road" to start this business, knowing that we could create something different than the typical catered food that has saturated the market.

So know this... We do not wear tuxedo shirts. We will not feed you dry chicken and rice. Our staff are good people. And our food is inventive.
