Grilled strips of zucchini rolled around herbed goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and butter lettuce, served with an herbed olive oil.
Lemongrass Lobster Rolls
Chunks of lobster tossed in a lemongrass aioli, served in mini brioche rolls with a tarragon germolata.
Toasted Corn Ravioli
With a creamy corn and zucchini filling, topped with a corn and black peppercorn cream.
Topped with a white bean and leek puree, with lemon dressed arugula, spanish chorizo, asiago and pine nuts.

Customized Food Stations:
We love to fashion customized food stations after the bride and groom's cultures, favorite restaurants, or perhaps some of the meals that became landmarks for their relationships (first dates, meals they've prepared together, etc). Here area few food stations we've done in the past:
Lettuce Wrap Food Station
Butter lettuce served with the following for guests to build their own lettuce wraps:
Glass noodles, bean sprouts, Asian spiced ground chicken, hot mustard shrimp, sesame sautéed mushrooms, shaved carrots, shaved daikon radish, fresh mint, chopped peanuts, fresh green onions, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce.
Noodle Food Station
Asian noodles tossed in a garlic butter sauce with fresh chives, served in brown kraft paper Chinese take out boxes with chopsticks and customized labels to match your event motif, topped with guest's choice of the following:
Sauteed tofu, sauteed shitake mushrooms, grilled scallions, shaved carrots, Asian spiced pork belly, chopped shrimp, sesame braised chicken thighs.
Pizza Food Station
Guest's choice of the following pizzas cooked right before their eyes in a pizza oven:
Fig + Gorgonzola Pizza
Carmelized onions, candied pecan, arugula leaves and aged balsamic.
The Sicilian Pizza
Marinara, Italian sausage, spicy Capicola ham, salami, roasted fennel, fresh mozzarella and Italian spices.
Assorted squash, carrots, brussel sprouts and onions roasted with garlic and sea salt.
Italian Green Salad Included
Mixed greens in a spicy red wine vinaigrette with olives, sundries tomatoes, parmesan cheese and red onions.
Clam Bake Food Station
A spread of boiled shrimp, clams and mussels with corn, potatoes and Andouille pork sausage with:
Customized bibs, lemon wedges, old bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, hand wipes.
